• Claim Kits
We assemble a claim kit containing instructions and forms for you and/or your affiliated offices to use when reporting claims. Claim Handling Instructions – if appropriate, we
can establish special claim handling instructions with your insurance carrier.

• Claim Training
We can provide one-on-one training or classroom instruction to assist you and your staff in understanding the fundamentals of claim reporting and management

• Claim Reporting
When you advise us of a claim, we will obtain the appropriate information from you
and report the claim to the insurance carrier on your behalf. We will give you the adjuster’s name and phone number so you have direct access to the adjuster.

• Consultation
Our claims consultants and/or attorney can answer your questions about settlement recommendations, insurance coverages, individual state workers compensation issues,
and other topics. For “problem” claims we can conduct a detailed file review.

• Unit Statistical Card Review
Open reserves and inaccurate reporting of claim costs can inflate your workers compensation experience modification rating, which leads to higher premiums. We can review workers compensation claims and attempt to eliminate or reduce reserves before the insurance carrier files the unit statistical card. If you provide us with your unit statistical card, we can verify the accuracy of the claim cost data.

• Loss Summary
We prepare loss summaries on a periodic or as needed basis. The loss summary gives you a “snapshot” of claim costs over the past five years, and is an extremely helpful planning tool. Costs are listed by line of coverage.

• Loss Source Analysis
We can analyze your losses to determine the source of high frequency and high dollar claims, and then use this information to plan loss control activities.
