Risk Management professional designations. Tony earned his BBA degree in Risk Management and Insurance from Georgia State University. Tony, a past president
of the Georgia Chapter of CPCU, is currently serving as trustee for American Institute
of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (AICPCU). He has 38 years experience in the insurance industry including state regulatory, insurance company underwriting management and insurance brokerage operations involving management, sales and service.

Jim brings a unique perspective to Pritchard & Jerden from his dual background in insurance and accounting. Jim was a member of the audit and tax staff of Arthur
Young & Company for six years. Jim’s insurance career started in 1987 including experience with large complex commercial risks, financial analysis, loss sensitive programs and developing and implementing major account service plans.

Charlie is a Chartered Life Underwriter and is actively working towards his Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter designation as well. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Tennessee. Charlie is a member of the American Society of Certified Life Underwriters. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors of NAIOP and Northside Athletes Foundation.
He has more than 28 years experience in handling insurance in both the property and casualty and employee benefits areas and manages the Real Estate Practice Group for the agency.

He is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) who earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management and Mathematics from Georgia Tech. He is a member of the Atlanta Association of Life Underwriters and the American Society of CLU. Bob was awarded the National Sales Achievement Award, National Quality Award and National Health Insurance Quality Award. He brings more than 34 years of experience in Employee Benefits and Estate Planning.

J.L. is a 44-year veteran and co-founder of our agency. His insurance career began in
1960 with Aetna Casualty in the Financial & Surety Bond Department. J.L. joined William G. Pritchard, Jr. in 1965 to form Pritchard & Jerden, Inc. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Southwestern at Memphis (now Rhodes College) and his
MBA from Emory University. J.L. holds both his Associate in Risk Management and Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter professional designations. He is past president of the Georgia Society of CPCU, past president of the National Society of CPCU and past chairman of the CPCU Harry J. Loman Foundation. He served as President from 1971 to 1996 and Chairman of the Board from 1996 to 2006. In
2007 he became Chairman Emeritus and continues to serve as a senior
management consultant.
