Young & Company for six years. Jim’s insurance career started in 1987 including experience with large complex commercial risks, financial analysis, loss sensitive programs and developing and implementing major account service plans.

Tony holds both a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter and Associate in
Risk Management professional designations. Tony earned his BBA degree in Risk Management and Insurance from Georgia State University. Tony, a past president
of the Georgia Chapter of CPCU, is currently serving as trustee for American Institute
of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (AICPCU). He has 38 years experience in the insurance industry including state regulatory, insurance company underwriting management and insurance brokerage operations involving management, sales and service.

Lawson comes to Pritchard & Jerden with four years of sales experience. He started
as a sales executive with the telecommunications company Cbeyond, and then
moved to Acsys, a national accounting and finance recruiting firm. He worked in
a business development role placing accounting and finance candidates with
businesses throughout Atlanta including Fortune 100 Companies. Lawson is a
graduate of The University of Georgia and played baseball at The University of
New Mexico and Wofford College. Lawson has obtained his Associate in Insurance Services designation.

Charlie is a Chartered Life Underwriter and is actively working towards his Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter designation as well. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Tennessee. Charlie is a member of the American Society of Certified Life Underwriters. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors of NAIOP and Northside Athletes Foundation.
He has more than 28 years experience in handling insurance in both the property and casualty and employee benefits areas and manages the Real Estate Practice Group for the agency.

Andy has eight years experience in the insurance industry including involvement with commercial account sales and risk management services. Prior to joining Pritchard & Jerden, Andy was a commercial lines producer with Turner, Wood & Smith (formerly known as Hilb, Rogal & Hamilton (HRH) of Gainesville, Georgia). He has his B.A. from Mercer University and has obtained his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Workers’ Compensation Professional (CWCP) designations.

After graduating from the University of Alabama in 2001, Allen began his insurance career in Minnesota with Federated Insurance as a commercial lines underwriter and producer. Allen is now an eight-year veteran of the industry specializing in commercial account sales and risk management services. He works in many different industries but has expertise in Real Estate, Hospitality, Not for Profit, Manufacturing, Technology, & Bio-Science. Prior to joining Pritchard & Jerden, he was also a commercial lines producer with Anderson Insurance. Allen has achieved his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.

Dave earned his Bachelor of Science from Miami University in 1990 and entered the insurance industry shortly thereafter. In 1992 he joined Pritchard & Jerden and
became a shareholder in 1998 and corporate secretary in 2001. He specializes in designing Risk Management and Insurance Programs for public and private
corporations in manufacturing, distribution, hospitality and not-for-profit industries. Dave insures the legal professional liability of many law firms, and consults with companies using captives and self-insurance as risk financing methods. As a member
of the Georgia Restaurant Association, Dave is Co-Chair of the Profit Protection Roundtable and has written several articles about insurance cost reduction and risk management.

Jon earned his BBA in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia. He obtained his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter designation and is a licensed P&C agent in Georgia. He has been with Pritchard & Jerden over 10 years and became a partner in 2004. Jon has developed particular expertise in Transportation, Real Estate, Power & Energy, Technology, Hospitality as well as Manufacturing accounts.

Andi is a member of the Georgia Bar Association. She has over 23 years of experience in the insurance industry and specializes in Risk Management consulting with an emphasis in Real Estate acquisition, development and portfolio management. She is the risk management consultant for Prudential Real Estate Investors who manage more than $28.8 billion in assets on behalf of more than 400 clients and is ranked among the largest real estate investment managers. Also, as a frequent speaker at Real Estate seminars throughout the country, Andi discusses insurance coverage and how it relates to contract and lease review as well as the insurance and risk management implications of acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to joining Pritchard & Jerden, Andi was the Claims Manager of Alexander & Alexander in Hartford, Connecticut. In addition, she worked for the Alabama Legislature from 1983 to 1985.
